Food recomandations

It is generally recommended to eat small, frequent and regular meals. Chew the food well and avoid pieces that can get stuck. In proven strings, fiber-low diet is recommended. The same applies in active disease periods. Some people benefit from taking fluent diets for a short period of time. Liquid diet means diet drinks that can be bought at the pharmacy.

It is important to get guidance when using supplements, so you get what you need from nutrients. Therefore, be sure to consult a doctor before starting a floating diet.

Recommended:
